The LEED rating system has evolved, have you? Our group of experts will discuss the realities of building to the latest LEED and ASHRAE standards. Phil Vetterkind will highlight Gateway West Sustainable I, a triple Platinum LEED Building. He will compare its Platinum certification under LEED NC v2.2, LEED EB O+M V2009, and LEED EB O+M V4 and how it would match up with new BD+C rating systems and current and future ASHRAE standards. David Madsen will cover ASHRAE standards currently and where they are headed. Dave will also be discussing the status of Wisconsin energy code and what version of ASHRAE is used today and in the future. Tate Walker will talk about his role as incoming AIA Wisconsin President and how more stringent LEED standards and ASHRAE standards are changing and how Architects must plan and design buildings to meet the latest standards. Korinne Haeffel will discuss how the USGBC continues to adapt to the green building marketplace. Korinne will hightlight some of the latest rating systems rolled out by the USGBC and what that means to building professionals.
