Horlick Development

Pursuing LEED Neighborhood Development and LEED BD+C on the 2200 Northwestern Avenue building.

Comprising nearly 16 acres in the City of Racine, the Horlick complex of buildings was once home to one of the City’s largest employers, the Horlick Malted Milk Company. The site is a large-scale, catalytic redevelopment now being developed and will include a mix of uses that could include multi-family residential, commercial, retail, light industrial, business incubator, educational, and recreational uses.
