Role: Sustainability Consultant

SBS was engaged as a LEED Consultant and Project Administrator for the IEWC Corporate Headquarters located at 5001 S. Towne Drive, New Berlin, WI, to help with their building’s energy management and to help them improve their sustainable operations. Consulting services included comprehensive mechanical and electrical evaluations and specific recommendations to reduce overall energy usage and costs and to reduce their carbon footprint.

SBS also created and implemented systematic waste management, sustainable purchasing plans and green cleaning procedures throughout their 172,000 SF office building. For over 50 years, IEWC has worked to offer complete solutions for wire, cable and wire management needs.
