Poblocki Sign Company, located at 922 S. 70th Street, Milwaukee, WI hired SBS to achieve LEED for Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance (LEED-EBOM) certification for its 106,605 SF facility. Poblocki’s facility was the 5th building in Wisconsin to receive LEED-EBOM certification. Sustainable Building Solutions (SBS) served as a LEED consultant by assisting in the certification process with Poblocki’s Green Team. SBS provided LEED-EBOM project delivery and building certification administration to assist them in lowering utility and water consumption costs while improving the health, comfort and productivity of their employees, reducing pollution and landfill waste and to identify additional recycling and other efforts that reduced cost streams associated with building operations and reduce environmental impacts.
