Rating: LEED-CI Gold

Engberg Anderson Design Partnership is located on the 5th Floor of 320 East Buffalo Street in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. The project contains extensive natural daylighting and utilized under floor air distribution. It uses an energy efficient Chiller/HVAC system and increased ventilation 30% above ASHRAE 90.1 2004 standards in addition to using City steam for hydronic heat that uses waste steam from a local power plant. The project achieved a 47% reduction in water consumption due to low-flow plumbing and waterless urinals and purchased 100% of energy from renewable sources. Sustainable products and materials were used throughout.
