Sustainable Building Solutions was engaged to conduct an energy audit for The Blue (Henry S. Reuss Federal Plaza) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This high-rise office building is approximately 702,375 SF was benchmarked and thanks to the guidance of SBS, The Blue has been awarded the ENERGYSTAR rating for 2011, 2012 and 2013. The Blue currently has an ENERGYSTAR score of 85. SBS is assisting the building manager with benchmarking energy use and finding ways to reduce energy use and costs.
