Rockwell Automation’s World Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is located at 1201 South Second Street. Sustainable Business Solutions was hired to conduct an energy audit for the existing massive 3,000,000+ SF facility. SBS assisted Rockwell Automation staff with benchmarking energy use, finding ways to reduce energy use and costs and recommending solid action items to make sure the plan was successfully implemented.

Additionally, Sustainable Building Solutions worked with Hunzinger Construction as a sustainability consultant and managed the sustainable materials selection and documentation of the LEED submittal information that was required to obtain the LEED for Existing Buildings O+M Certification.

SBS returned to work with Rockwell to achieve re-certification to meet the standards of LEED v4.1.
