Sustainable Building Solutions™ was hired by Kindness Architecture to serve as the LEED Consultant and Project Administrator for the new Westlawn Gardens Management and Maintenance Building located by 6236 West Birch Avenue, Milwaukee, WI. The new 16,000 SF management offices and maintenance shop is owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee. This project received LEED BD&C Silver Certification in 2017.
