Sustainable Building Solutions™ has been hired by the owner’s representative to serve as the LEED Consultant and Project Administrator for the LEED Core and Shell v4 project located by 860 Canal Street, Stamford, Connecticut.

The project consists of a complete gut and renovation of an existing building that is part of a mixed use campus. The muti-tenanted building will be five floors with large windows throughout the entire building and a roof top deck. There will be an added parking structure on north side of building with 250 spots.

The project will be pursuing LEED Silver.
