Role: Sustainability Consultant

Franklin Energy hired Sustainable Building Solutions and a Sustainability Consultant to study and coordinate the implementation of as many sustainability measures as economically feasible for their new 10,000SF Port Washington offices located on second floor of the former Smith Bros. Fish Shanty restaurant building located 100 N. Franklin Street, Port Washington, WI. SBS staff worked collaboratively to establish measurable sustainability goals, facilitate the purchasing of sustainable and green building materials, and oversaw the installation, set up and operation of a high efficient mechanical system.
