LEED Rating: LEED EB O+M Gold

The 411 East Wisconsin Center is a LEED EB O+M Gold certified building that follows sustainability practices. The building management team is looking to incorporate best sustainability practices into their construction projects.  SBS is working with the building manager Colliers International as a sustainability consultant.  SBS will help standardize all of their building standard construction documents to incorporate LEED for Existing Buildings best practices.
